Valentine’s Day Headband

A lovely Valentine’s head gear for your little ones that they can put together themselves. Measure the size of your child’s head and cut out a strip. Join both ends using glue or a Velcro. Twirl up two pipe cleaners & stick them on each corner and decorate them with foam paper hearts.
