Every household with children wages a food battle. Pleads, bribes, warnings- we try everything to feed our kids a healthy diet. We look out for recipes from parents, websites and friends circle to ensure we serve them the best and the right diet. But somewhere down the line, when children grow up – as parents, we are highly responsible for introducing the dreaded “junk food” to our kids. I hear stories from school teachers about how upsetting it is to see kindergartener’s tiffin boxes loaded with instant noodles and creamy pastries. What ever happens to “I -wanna-serve-my-child-the-best-diet?”oath that we took when the kids were born?

He wonderfully stresses the need for parents to serve healthy food at home and not give in to the demands of children when it comes to healthy eating. He also talks about how schools in America are inadvertently ruining students’ lives with the high-fat and processed food that is being served in the canteens.
