A baby shower or a godh bharai as it is traditionally known in India is a great way to pamper the mother-to-be and make her feel special before her life-changing event. Earlier in India, a godh bharai was organized by the family and was a little more rigid. But now from organizing a unisex baby shower to figuring out baby shower games and food, its all so much fun.
But you can be stumped when you have to buy something for the mom-to-be. You wouldn’t want to give her something that she won’t appreciate or remember. a baby shower normally ends up being about the newborn and not the mother to be.
