Make mom feel special – Show your mom how much you love her by making rainbow candles, paint on an apron or make a ‘mommy’s sleeping’ door tag. | Feed the birds – Make your own bird feeder using jowar/bajri, wool, gelatin, a mould and all-purpose flour. Use it in your balcony to feed the hungry birds. | Paint with jelly ice cubes – Make the jelly and pour it in a mould. Insert an ice cream stick in the middle, freeze overnight and paint on paper. It’s safe and fun! |
Outdoor Activity | Fun with hoola hoops! Play your kid’s favourite song and sway along. Kitchen Play – Help your child create their own kitchen set. They could cook you a meal and serve it in the tiny cutlery! | Create an indoor ocean – Go creative with play dough and create an ocean bed with bath toys, sea animals and underwater plants. | Play a guessing game – Choose a person/object and have your child guess them right in less than 20 questions. |
Cook with Mommy | Corn on cob – Grill some corn on the cob and try various toppings like lemon and basil, parmesan and parsley, pesto or honey and butter. | Cook with egg – Make your kid’s favourite egg dishes. Get him to beat the egg or help you peel a boiled one. | Set the table – Help mommy set the dinner table and arrange the plates and spoons.
