My daughter: Looks up and walks out of the room

Do you do this too? You get their attention because you cut them off from their friends. But then what?

It’s common for children and teenagers to spend a lot of time on their phones these days. However, it’s important to make sure that this time is balanced with other activities, such as exercise, reading, spending time with friends and family, and completing schoolwork.
