The journey- where it all started:

We often hear that we are a product of our childhood. We carry forward experiences in the future. You could say that for me as well. I grew up being timid with no friends. The move to America when I was 12 was tough for me. I remember being handed down my cousin's Yamaha synthesizer, and I would spend hours on it creating sounds. Oh, that was so positive and peaceful. I need to share this experience with others. I need to tell people about the power of music. I want to help children and adults like me.

As we are raising our children, we look back at our childhood and many of us do wish we made different choices. And mindfulness for this generation is non-negotiable.  We need to change. We need to ensure a positive environment, especially during the early developmental stages. It can not only help prevent mental health issues but also improve their learning abilities and provide the right tools in their journey towards adulthood.

How many of us have heard, now I am too old to change? I learnt that it is possible to re-train the mind to change the way we think about ourselves and the world in general. I have understood the power of having an attitude of gratitude. I feel more open and ready to take on new challenges.

The lockdown is hard for children and adults. Make sure communication is free-flowing, and that you can hold space for them whenever needed. It is time we take matters in our own hand and look for solutions with long term effects.

It is time for me to share what is positive for me. I truly believe that music can bring the world together, and there’s nothing that gives me more joy than elevating people’s lives through music and sound. The fast-paced, stress-filled lives we all live in today, has prompted us to take things slower and take mindfulness practices seriously. So who else wants to change things around for themselves? If you want to make a business out of what you believe in, IT IS POSSIBLE. I have personally curated the Mindfulness bundle so we as parents can help our children destress. You can access the bundle here.
