The holiday season is here and that means happy occasions with the family, sipping a soothing drink and devouring your favourite Christmas pie! Our childhood holds some of the best memories of the holiday season, where we would get together as a family and spend a lot of time decorating the Gingerbread Houses and Christmas tree and making them to perfection!

The good ol’ days of childhood:
The kindness calendar is all ready this year, and we have even ‘stocked up’ on personalised Christmas stockings to surprise the kids with their favourite gifts. It is the time of the year when the kids are so well behaved (really!) and tell Santa all the good things they have done this year. I am sure my little girl’s letter is going to be filled with feeding the cat, watering the plants, sharing goodies with the community helpers and lots more!
As you read stories of Christmas celebrations and all the wonderful things happening in the city in the coming weeks, you would go on a nostalgic trip down memory lane- thinking of how different (was it) Christmas was in our childhood days!

This weekend is going to be super special for the kids in Mumbai as they get a chance to decorate and customize their very own Gingerbread house with a range of snowy icings and glistening candies at the Gingerbread House Decoration event at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar.

The event promises the kids an afternoon of sugar-coated delights awaits the young ones. They get to nibble on delights such as Baby pizzas, Hot Dogs, Chicken Sandwiches, Ham and Cheese Sandwiches, Coleslaw Sandwiches, Potato Smilies, French Fries and an assortment of sugar decadents as they take their Gingerbread creation back home too! That sounds like fun!
