As a parent, I have to say yes it is. 

Figuring out what to serve your kids for dinner—let alone getting them to eat it—can be a daily challenge. With no game plan in sight, we go with what we can wing for that meal. But that’s not a healthy way of eating, not to forget the stress that it puts into your day.

The answer to the question of why cooking on a daily basis can be so stressful is because you do not know what to cook. That is more stressful than the cooking process itself. Do you agree?

I am a mom of 2 – a 9-year-old and a 13-year-old – and I have for the past so many years struggled to get my kids to eat vegetables and fruits and everything else that is considered healthy. Some of it works brilliantly and they become fans and sometimes it all just falls flat. I would struggle, get angry and then upset that my kids weren’t eating as healthy as they should. How will they grow? How will they compete in the world? So many questions and doubts.

We understand the bumps everyone deals with and eliminating the stress won’t happen overnight. It will take time. There will be some tough days but you got this!
