What's Capoeira?
Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art form, beautifully combines sport with elements of music, dance, gymnastics and self-defence offering children an outlet for all their creativity and energy.
At the workshop:
Kids will learn capoeira movements enhancing their physical and psychosocial abilities.
Not just self-defence, kids will also be introduced to dance, music, instruments, music, samba and lots more through this popular art form.
Capoeira is also known to train your mind and nourish your soul. Isn't that now a fab start for your kids this 2020?
