Getting kids ready for school is easier when they have a uniform as opposed to putting out a co-ordinated outfit every day. Similarly, if you are pressed for time and find it impossible to put together looks on an everyday basis, it makes it easier if you reflect on your essential style, purpose and practicality of your outfit, and the silhouette that you feel most confident in. Once you have decided on these elements to find your uniform, stick to these guidelines to decide your outfits and shop accordingly.
For example, for practical fuss-free dressing palazzo’s and kurtas look chic. Leggings with shirts work great for running errands. Decide on your guidelines and shop for these in neutrals and basics. It is easy to mix and match when the palette and silhouettes are similar.

Mornings can be pretty intense. One of the easiest ways to look chic in your ‘rolled out of bed’ rags is putting on a jacket or a shrug.
Everyday bling
You heard it right. There is something known as smart everyday minimalistic jewellery. I am obsessed with these. Dainty chains with cute pedants or delicate rings make for chic everyday wear. They make any drab outfit look classy and lux.
Scarf it!
Another easy way to amp up your style is draping a scarf or a stole around. It takes a normal tee and jeans combination up a notch and is very handy around kids.
Shoes were not just made for walking
Flats are great for every day, but if you need a bit of height look for block heels and kitten heels. Also, the platform flats look quite cool with casual wear. Pick your footwear in metallic and vibrant colours to give your outfit a boost.
