Saraswati Datar studied filmmaking, worked in mainstream television and now freelances as a columnist and scriptwriter. She is passionate about cinema, literature, gender, cappuccinos and reading to her little Khaleesi. When she isn't typing to make ends meet, she loves travelling to lands far far away, reading a good book, and catching up with friends over good food. Sensibly sarcastic and passionate about the dramas playing out on screen and offscreen with her toddler, she writes about the fun and not so fun parts of parenting, while dreaming of a combo wine and coffee dispensing machine for herself.
