Here’s a way you can challenge your body, mind and soul. Are you and your kids ready for Aerial Silk yet?

What is Airbound?

Aerial Silk is a type of performance in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a fabric. Airbound teaches Aeriel arts, fitness and yoga for kids and adults through classes and workshops.

About the founder:

As a child, Ria Bajaj was exposed to various forms of Indian classical dance and imagined opening a Bharat Natyam dance academy. 4 years ago when she was introduced to Aerial Arts she knew this was her calling. She did her training for Aerial Silks Teacher Training from Aerial Physique and did an advanced course in LA. She even did a course on pole dance and fitness from NYPole. Once she returned to India, she realised there is a growing need for health and fitness in today’s environment and it was a new form that would push people to try.  Airbound aims at teaching art forms and encourages individuals to get creative and find their own style while exploring their body.
