About the Aerial Silk workshop:
Aerial silk is a popular fitness workout option as well as performance art that your kids will love. It helps develop strength, flexibility, agility and stamina. Flyhigh Aerial Arts will be conducting this fun aerial silk workshop for your kids this Saturday that will help them learn and perform these movements in the against gravity! How cool is that?!
