Education is one sector that has changed tremendously over the years. My father’s generation used to learn the letters of the alphabet when he was 5 or 6, while now my toddler who isn’t even two yet makes an attempt to pronounce the ABCs. From online lessons to coding tutorials to apps- a lot has changed over the last decade and it is about time we embrace the change.  

A quote by the great Rabindranath Tagore finds itself relevant even after so many years- especially in the year 2020 that has witnessed some unbelievable change in all spheres. After months of not meeting their friends or learning lessons, schools are slowly reopening in some parts of the country while there is stiff resistance in others given the downside such as screen time, the extra burden on the parents, etc. Will we see a midpoint in this debate?
