Drew Barrymore gave birth to her first baby girl, Olive, the joy of her life on September 26 and expresses to the world how ecstatic she feels. The former Hollywood wild child opens up saying she was so nervous about becoming a mother that she had trouble eating and sleeping before the birth. Drew – who is married to art consultant Will Kopelman said she felt under pressure to become a good mum. She’s a married woman and the mother of a new child, but still doesn’t feel like an adult. Its amazing how your new life as a responsible adult can sometimes take you by surprise. With tones of anxiety she lets out that “You have the highest highs and yet you’re facing the biggest fear of, ‘How do I keep someone alive?”. But there is always something called the overwhelming emotion of love which overtakes everything else.
An interesting fact to share is her decision to name her baby girl “OLIVE”. She was reading a book with her husband when she was three months pregnant when they said her baby was the size of an olive and that was it. The couple never looked back.
