The star-studded Times Literary Carnival will be held at Mehboob Studios, Bandra and has some interesting sessions to offer for children and young adults as well. We asked Lubaina Bandukwala to decode it for our parents. Here’s what she recommends from the kids schedule

Saturday 7th December

GARDEN OF STORIES 
Actor, director, teacher, Anahita Uberoi shares the magic of some of the best children’s writers in an interactive book reading session (4 to 8 years old)

 THE REAL BOND

Ruskin Bond, India’s most charming writer descends from the hills of Mussoorie and works his magic while being interviewed by 15 year old, Arjun Mirani.

Time: 2:15-3:30 p.m. at the Lodha Hall

Sunday 8th December

Design a Book Cover

Attend this workshop with Aurobind Patel to expose yourself very early on to excellence in the field of design.( 10 – 15 years)

Time: 10:30-11:45 a.m. at the HDFC Home Loan Lawn

A Nature Workshop by Bittu Sahgal

5-12 years and parents are urged to attend this with their children.

Time: 12-1:15 p.m. at the HDFC Home Loan Lawn

Burning Bright?

Valmik Thapar has earned his stripes as the definitive Tiger Man. The Bombay launch of his new book, Tiger Fire with stunning visuals on display. With Bittu Sahgal.
