The LPQ & KSP Workshop was a sheer fun for kids and the Mommies too. We get you an insight of the workshop conducted at Powai. We ask the chefs at LPQ to take us through the recipe for preparing the Chocolate waffle recipe.
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
340gms – Butter
500gms – Flour
20gms – Castor Sugar
6 – Eggs
160ml – Water
30gms – Yeast
1tsp – Salt
280gms – Pearl Sugar
70gms – Chocolate Chips
Preparation:
1. Mix water, yeast, salt and sugar.
2. Mix in the egg, melted butter and chocolate chips.
3. Sprinkle pearl sugar all over the batter. Do Not Mix.
4. Cover with cling film and leave to prove for 10mins.
5. Preheat the waffle machine. Brush the butter so that the batter does not burn.
6. Put 5 table spoon of the batter on the heated machine and keep it close for about 3-4mins till golden brown.
7. Take the waffle out of the machine.
8. Serve hot with Maple Syrup, Icing Sugar, Almond Flakes and Fruits.

Maple Syrup, Icing Sugar, Almond Flakes and Fruits.
For Blueberry Waffle replace the chocolate chips with 100gms of blueberry compote.
For Banana Waffle replace the chocolate chips with 100gms of chopped bananas.
