How often have you let your child sit in a corner watching the Peppa Pig videos just to get a minute or two to breathe and sit back?
There is so much of content online and it's actually scary to see the kind of things people are posting. With two kids in the house, my constant worry is that they don't watch something which is not age-appropriate or they get hooked to a game or a video that is detrimental to their mental health.
A few months ago it was the Blue Whale and Fortnite Challenge which had parents at their wit's end. The latest viral video to hit the people is the Momo Challenge.
Who Is Momo?
Momo is a creepy character who encourages kids to engage in increasingly harmful behaviour until, eventually, they’re supposed to commit suicide and upload the video to the internet.
