At a recent product launch, Kidsstoppress met with Chef Nihal Raj, aka Little Chef Kicha! Now anyone who has met with Chef Nihal cannot but be bowled over by his absolute cuteness and his passion for cooking! At this launch Chef Nihal showed us his skills with a classic Indian summer dessert with a new flavour twist. He made classic Indian kulfi but flavoured with Pediasure’s cookies and cream flavour.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Khoya/Mawa
- 2 Tbsp Pediasure Cookies & Cream
- 1 Cup Milk
- 6-7 Tbsp Condensed Milk
- Chopped nuts – pistachio/almonds and cashew nuts
- 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
Method
- Put a cup of khoya into a heated pan.
- Add the PediaSure Cookies & Cream powder and stir.
- Mix in the condensed milk and the chopped nuts.
- Let the milk start thickening.
- Add the cardamom powder.
- Let it freeze for 3-4 hours in kulfi moulds.
