Mumbai gets another indoor play area and ofcourse we are happy. With the monsoons being generous enough for 3 full months and the sun gods making us sweat for another 3, indoor play areas are always welcomed.
The moms behind Giggles Inc have it all well thought through and are happy to receive you each time you visit them. They are always there watching the place with a hawks eye. Now you understand why we quite like the place. Recommended for children between 6 months to 8 years this Mazgoan facility is a great option to keep your kids busy for about 2 hours. Wi – enabled this is a great option for parents who can sip some coffee while their kids are busy sweating it out. If you love to run around with the kids yourself then you will be challenged just like the kids.
Giggles Inc. offers children a 3,000 square feet air conditioned protective environment with soft surfaces that allows kids to be exploration and stimulates their minds. The centre is divided into a Toddler zone, a Junior zone and a Target zone and includes a variety of equipment such as slides, ball pools and a trampoline. These aim to cater to young minds and are designed to challenge them with activities that are exciting, constructive and different. Giggles Inc. also has a creativity centre where children can choose from a variety of art and craft related kits by Imagimake( Read our review here) and make them under trained supervision. Â Giggles Inc. offers exclusive packages for birthday parties, school picnics and play dates making it a place to party and play! All zones are tech free and have no computer or electronic video games. A special mention to the staff who make it such an enjoyable experience for the kids.
You can also choose to be a member of Giggles Inc with different benefits or use their facility by the hour. Giggles Inc is happy to host birthday parties, mini or extensive, field trips for schools and playdates. The cafe is extremely modest and took us back in time with Chutney Sandwhiches, Maggi, Samosa, Frooti & some Nescafe. Really food was never such a fuss when we played. We would have wished for some healthy options but the kids are happy munching on Smileys & French Fries.
What we love:
1. The play area is fun and challenging for kids 6 months to 7 years. There is enough to do
2. Activity Room: The activity room with activity kits can keep the kids busy for atleast 30 mins
3. The staff: They almost keep parents at bay watching the kids very well. So moms this might just be the breather you are looking for.
4. The cafe overlooks the play area so you are watching your kids all the time
5. Hygiene: Very clean and well designed
6. Birthday Parties @Giggles: They can organize it all for you with food or order your own food like Mac Donalds, Dominoes and more. We did the food dished out by their caterer and must say it was indeed nice.
7. Toddler Zone: Well laid out and gives a sense of space with edutainment
A lot of moms who were not familiar with the vicinity did find the approach road very inaccessible but I would not dismiss the efforts put in by these moms to open an indoor play area of such great standards merely on area.
