Children love to listen to stories filled with animals and what better way to teach them life's lesson than to end stories with morals. That way not only do they remember the story but the moral too! This technique works really well for toddlers who are eager to learn and explore.

On Kidsstoppress radio today, we chose a classic Aesop's fable. Aesop was a Greek storyteller and he has written a number of stories which are compled into a collection called Aesop's Fables.

We love this one and it is definitely one that we have all grown up listening to. The story of the the Fox and the Grapes might seem like a silly story but it teaches an important lesson. It is a great way of teaching kids to not give up and keep trying to get what they want.
