Great animatics, lovely morals, and perfect duration. Thats summing up UKI, a sweet character by Ceebeebies that comes on TV every evening from 8.40 – 8.50 p.m. and wins you over with her sweet nothings.

The show’s main character, Uki, is cute and curious. Neither male or female, Uki communicates via a combination of laughter, sounds and smiles. Uki’s friends also help to entertain preschool children, encouraging them to interact with their adventures which all take place within a lush green background that is full of life in the form of plants, trees, birds and flowers. Uki has lots of friends to play with and is always learning something new. There’s Duck, Rabbit, Turtle and Hedgehog as well as some friendly Flowers. All of Uki’s adventures are overlooked by the watchful Cloud, Moon and Sun.

So everyday the 10 minute show has a new learning for your playschool or preschooler and its all summed up within those 10 minutes as UKI looks through her favourite album in the end. Uki and her friends the rabbit, tortoise, sun, moon & flowers just take you to a land thats unbelievable and yet so real. In those 10 minutes she makes you do a puzzle, teaches you a lesson and sums it all up and bids you good night. If your kids loved Bubbles & pepper books then UKI is their new moral friend too
