They are called Generation Alpha. The kids who are born from 2010 onwards belong to this generation.

This generation is the future and as parents, we need to guide them along and help hone their skill sets.

This generation has been born into technology and has instant access to everything – they don’t have to wait for a photo to develop or use a landline to call their friends. The phones they have access to take pictures, record videos and allow them to play games on it too!

In a survey conducted by McCrindle, parents believe the kids are most equipped when it comes to digital skills and creativity. But lack in areas like critical thinking and leadership skills. As the world of work changes, character qualities and these core competencies are what is going to help Generation Alpha bulletproof their future.
