Why 24 candidates refused this job?

So the position in question is “Director of Operations” and why am I am not surprised with remarks like its inhuman, its 24 X 7 and there is a lot of satisfaction at the end of the day.

When I saw this ad yesterday I wasn’t surprised that 24 candidates had refused this job. But at first you would wonder ya it sounds interesting, addresses all aspects of a person and seems quite a tough and challenging role.

So the position in question is “Director of Operations” and why am I am not surprised with remarks like its inhuman, its 24 X 7 and there is a lot of satisfaction at the end of the day. It tests your negotiation skills, culinary skills and ability to teach things you didn’t know you know.

I’m not going to share too much about the job that got 2.7 million impressions but only 24 people responded.
