Let’s be honest, breastfeeding is an incredibly daunting task. As a new mom I was recovering from painful labour and also had to deal with a new baby clamouring every hour to be fed, rocked and burped! Even our pediatrician seemed to join in the circus when she insisted I keep a record of how many times I fed my baby, how much milk he drank, and how many times we had to change his diaper. I was all ready to give up and throw in the towel when a fellow mom recommended breastfeeding apps.
Almost every mom carries a smartphone with her these days and these apps are not just useful, they are almost always free. We have rounded up the best apps out there to make those initial days on you a little bit easier. You are welcome!
