Studies have found that high-intensity exercise may cause the body temperature to rise and affecting the sperm count. Women who exercise too much may experience irregular periods causing a delay in pregnancy. 

Hot Tubs And Sauna

Both partners should avoid hot tubs and saunas as high temperatures can affect and decrease the sperm count. As for women, should also avoid hot tubs and sauna as it increases the chances of birth defects.

It's recommended that you avoid deep twisting exercises like Bharadvajasana, Marichyasana and Ardh Matsyendra.Twisting and squashing your reproductive organs while doing yoga should be off your list if you're looking to conceive,
