Do you know who are Gen Alphas?

Well! They are the kids who are born from 2010 onwards right up to 2024. Also called “mini-millennials, they’re the cohort under 12 years old. And by 2030, they’ll make up 11% of the workforce.

Parental controls, social media age restrictions, and, well, a global pandemic have kept Gen Alpha under wraps, but they’re quickly reaching their full potential. What we have come to realize is that Gen Alpha are a force to reckon with and brands are cashing in on this wave.

We are the generation who have been walking between the lines of safety. Our financial security has been of utmost importance. But the growing Gen Alpha population, want to chase their dreams and is not afraid to pursue them even if it doesn’t conform to the rules and norms society has.

Is that wrong? Should we rein them in?
