Dont think its a womens only issue and she is targeting us alone but all employees. Not coming down in a big way on her we just hope she gives a flexibility to that rule and makes exception when needed. Marissa Mayer is a CEO first and a woman second. Indeed, she is a role model and responsible for all the people who work in this Fortune 500 company. But yes its a big move when a lot of people need that flexi option.

Interesting to see how this impacts the women work force across the world in times to come.
