Any parent who has ever travelled with a child and a stroller knows that airlines and strollers are a match made in parent hell. Goodbaby International has heard parent’s prayers all over the world and has invented – Pockit, a stroller that according to the website Fatherly, “a stroller that is to baby carrying what Peter Dinklage is to acting: Small but formidable.” An average umbrella stroller takes about three moves to collapse and when it does, it doesn’t fold down flat. Most airlines do not allow the stroller to be taken right upto the seat because there is no way it will fit in the overhead compartment.
But the Pockit solves all those problems. It not only folds down in two moves, but it fits into a backpack! The Pockit breaks down to a 11.8″ x 7″ x 13.8″ square that weighs 9.5 pounds, and can carry up to 55 pounds and the basket underneath can hold up to 11 pounds of supplies (something every parent treasures!) Some of the other features of the stroller include that it can self stand when folded so that you can simply put it aside while you lunch at that bistro. It also doesn’t need too much strength from you to push, go ahead and push it with one hand while you hold the phone with the other.
