Christmas is the season for gifting and we often hear stories of parents splurging and getting their children the most hottest thing in the market. It could be a game boy, or an iPad, or even the latest Xbox – parents (and Santa) like to spoil children around this season!
But this season, here is a story of simple requests made by children from troubled families. These children wrote letters to Santa and his elves asking for what they wanted. These letters were received by the Mothers Against Drugs volunteer group in the Gold Coast, Queensland who run the ‘Be An Elf’ campaign and they then decided to make these simple wishes come true.
