With Valentines Day just around the corner, have you planned something fun for your partner? We are in the midst of a fast-paced city and a distracting digital world and taking time off is an ideal way to reconnect with your partner. When we say time off – we mean phones switched off, kids tucked in bed early, and you’re only left with a healthy conversation with your partner. We often talk about how we miss date nights, but very few of us step away from our hectic work and kids’ schedules, and social commitments.

Sometimes, the simplest things in life make the world stop for a second and let us enjoy each moment. With the new year kicking in and so many resolutions and commitments, I miss putting my legs up and having a moment with my partner.

1) Date night helps with communication.

2) It also pushes you to show some interest in what your partner may like or want.
