One would think that if you are confident, and you know how to present yourself, especially when you are older, postpartum depression isn’t for you.

The motherhood journey isn’t the same for everyone, and sadly, nobody tells you how it is, and what to expect. Recently, after hearing so many birthing stories – I am grateful for my journey. It’s great to have a support system.

Today, in this episode, Aarabi Veeraraghavan, a dancer, and recent mommy speaks to Mansi Zaveri, the founder of Kidsstoppress.com about her journey. She speaks about:

  • How she never thought she would have postpartum depression, and she didn’t know how to deal with it.
  • It is important to create a community where moms and dads can speak truthfully about how they feel
  • Why it was important for her to have a child when she was younger, around 28
  • Screen – time, and her thoughts
  • And more…
