One would think that if you are confident, and you know how to present yourself, especially when you are older, postpartum depression isn’t for you.

The motherhood journey isn’t the same for everyone, and sadly, nobody tells you how it is, and what to expect. Recently, after hearing so many birthing stories – I am grateful for my journey. It’s great to have a support system.
