We never particularly fancied math either when we were young. So, it’s no surprise that your kid is running away from it too. However, Math can also be fun and exciting! How? We always learn concepts better when practiced or shown practically, so why teach math in a boring and painfully methodical way? We are going to introduce you to three simple hacks to include math in everyday activities.

Here’s a sneak peek of the fabulous Math Course we have put up for your kids to make it enjoyable for them. You can sign up for the course below.

Here are some essential skills you will learn in this course:

Counting Skills

The first one is to enhance their counting skills. This can be done during meal times. For example, if you’ve ordered mouth-watering pizza for dinner, you could ask them to find out how many slices of pizza will each family member get. Or if each member would have to get two slices, how many slices of pizza should be there?

Visual Reasoning

This can be done with cards. You could spread out all the cards and ask them, which number looks like two sticks kept beside each other? Of course, it’s 11! In doing so, it would be a fun and creative way of helping them learn or remember numbers. This will churn their memory muscles and sharpen their brains.

Make your kid the teacher

Yes, you read that right! For this, you can use a dice. You roll the dice and whatever is the number, for example, let’s take 10, is the solution. So, they have to come up with a problem that gives 10 as the answer. In this case, the problem could be, 5+5 or 2 x 5. This also helps them Enhance their problem-solving skills. Talk about a double win!

Aren’t these interesting and simple ways to get your little one to fall in love with math?
