It’s back to school week and if you are about to send your baby off to a daycare we know just how much you are thinking about the food you will need to pack daily. Sure, it is much easier to buy store bought purees and porridges, but there is nothing to beat the homemade variety. Don’t fret. This is not going to be difficult at all. We bring you a list of options for baby’s meals that are healthy, convenient to prepare, and will not spoil from being in the bag the whole day. So whether your baby is at the puree stage or the paratha stage, we got you covered.
Purees
Homemade fruit and vegetable purees are filled with essential vitamins and nutrients for your baby. Babies typically start fruit with their morning meal followed by veggies in the afternoon. While these purees can be prepared in a jiffy at home, there are many other advantages too, including knowing exactly what’s in your baby’s food and saving money since store-bought baby food tends to be more expensive than homemade.
