What gets me through my day – is a good workout and eating right. For me, it is very essential to tone my body and strengthen my muscles. All of us, at some point, look at ourselves in the mirror and we realise the importance of getting back into shape. For that, we need to have a regimented lifestyle with a good workout schedule. Post-pregnancy bodies can get stressful – but it is possible to be fit again? Yes, but you have to work for it.

My focus was the core- the toughest after pregnancy. Did I get it back? I'm almost there.
