In all honesty, I have to say, being under lockdown and in quarantine has me, ( and everyone I know) cooking and eating a lot more. Studies have shown that a lot of people are Googling "the best way to lose weight or "kaunsi kasrat paet kay liye". Time to work on those handles!

We have all been home for a while now. This lockdown has shut down the malls, gyms and even the parks. Besides staying indoors and safe, one of the most important things we need to do is to stay physically active. You do know that a workout can instantly lower stress and make you happy? When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins – your happy hormones. 

So we decided to make it easier for you (like KSP always does) and have put together a full-body body workout that you can do at home with no or basic equipment.
