September 1-7th is celebrated as National Nutrition Week. As parents, we understand the importance of good, balanced nutrition for our kids and work daily to achieve that goal. But while we are fortunate there are millions who are affected by malnutrition and an unbalanced diet. While planning a meal for your child always be mindful that your child is getting vitamins, minerals, proteins and carbohydrates.

Today, we tell you how to increase your child’s nutrition intake to ensure a balanced, rounded meal. Nuts and dry fruits are a good source of proteins, fibre and essential fats.
