    Kim Kardashian finally showed her face in front of public after giving birth to her daughter, North West. She  was spotted in L.A. medical Facility with Kanye West and a nanny.

    No one could get a glimpse of North West. But the pictures of North West being released recently ( read here to know more). Unlike Kate Middleton(click here to know more), this mom was not ready to show her post pregnancy figure to the entire world. She covered it with baggy pants and shirt.

    Well Kim we would love to see you in Skinny jeans like the Duchess. Till then Happy Parenting!
