Most children love cookies and if they have some chocolate in it, all the better! The problem is that most store-bought cookies are made of ingredients that I wouldn't want my family to eat  Also, I've found that the 'healthy' store cookies that I buy sometimes, just don't have the yummy taste the kids want in their cookies. So this recipe that I'm sharing today is not only super healthy but tasty as well.

Made with jowar and beetroot, these gluten-free cookies are packed with fibre, iron and Vitamin C. You don't have to stop your kids from grabbing a handful of these since they are actually a healthy and filling snack. Cookie craving sorted and nutritious – a great combination I say! As for the shelf life of the cookies, I don't know because they never really last that long for me to find out.
