“Workouts should be intense but they also need to be fun,” says lawyer turned fitness trainer Sohrab Khushrushahi. He believes that the only way to stay fit is to exercise consistently and the only way to stay consistent is to enjoy the process. Now that makes complete sense right?

Sohrab also is very clear that weight loss doesn’t equal to being fit. Finally, someone is addressing the issue that it isn’t always about what the scale says but about adapting to a lifestyle that is sustainable and keeps you fit at whatever age, even after birth!
